Modular Service

Designed for projects that require focused expertise at specific stages, our modular support model offers specialist input in concept direction, FF&E development and documentation, and styling consultation. We work as a collaborative extension of the wider team, integrating where support is needed most.

Core Capabilities

Narrative Concept Direction Strategic design direction for new builds and renovations, shaping the spatial narrative, refining architectural intent, and defining the material and aesthetic framework from the outset.

FF&E Development & Documentation Technically resolved FF&E packages, including curation, specification, custom development coordination, and international-standard documentation, with alignment support alongside procurement teams. (Procurement is managed by the appointed purchasing team or client-side partner).

Art & Styling Consultation Artwork strategy, accessories curation, styling development, and artist research and coordination for the final layer of a space—strengthening a clear sense of identity within the finished environment.

Our Team

Sihyun Park

Founder | Creative Director

Atmosphere Collective is led by Seoul-based designer Sihyun Park, who brings over 15 years of international experience bridging interior architecture, spatial strategy, and technical FF&E. Having held leadership roles at acclaimed firms like HBA and Studio Carter, she has shaped high-end hospitality and residential environments for global brands including Marriott, IHG, and Accor. Her design approach is defined by a delicate balance of compelling narrative and technical clarity—bringing quiet confidence to every stage of a project.

The Collective

We extend our core studio through a trusted international partnership of specialized designers, drafters, and specification experts. This agile structure allows us to scale our team to the precise needs of each brief while maintaining a singular, unified design vision.
